Privacy Policy

  1. General provisions

    1. This Privacy Policy sets forth the manner in which we collect, process and store personal data necessary to provide the service electronically through the website in the domain silveroreteam.pl (hereinafter: Service).
    2. The administrator of Users' personal data is the Silver Ore Team (hereinafter: Administrator).
    3. Personal data are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter: GDPR).
    4. The data collected by the Administrator will be:
      1. processed in accordance with the law;
      2. processed for clearly defined purposes and not subjected to further processing incompatible with those purposes;
      3. kept no longer than necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.
  2. Purpose of data processing

    1. The Administrator processes personal data necessary to provide services available through the Website.
    2. Personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
      1. communication with the User for the purpose of responding to messages sent via the contact form, which is a legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);
      2. promotion by the Administrator of its own products or services and those of its Partners through electronically directed marketing information (newsletter), provided that the User has consented to receive such messages via email (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR);
      3. analytics of the User's behavior on the Website for the purpose of optimizing the services provided and collecting statistical data via cookies, provided that the User has consented to the use of analytical cookies (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);
      4. possible establishment, investigation or defense against claims on the basis of the Administrator's legitimate interest in protecting its rights (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
    3. In each of the above cases, the provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the provision of related services.
  3. Period of data processing

    1. Personal data will be processed for the period during which the User uses the services provided by the Website, and after that for the period necessary to comply with the law, investigate or defend against possible claims, but no longer than 3 years counted from the date of cessation of use of the services.
    2. Data processed on the basis of consent will be processed until the withdrawal of the consent given, with the proviso that the withdrawal of this consent does not affect the compliance of the data processing carried out before this withdrawal.
  4. Processing information

    1. Personal data, depending on the purpose of processing, may be disclosed:
      1. entities affiliated with the Administrator;
      2. entities cooperating with the Administrator;
      3. entities that provide services for the Administrator in the field of IT systems and solutions;
      4. law firms.
    2. The list of third-party processors of personal data is attached as Appendix 1 to this Privacy Policy
  5. Rights of data subjects

    1. The service user has the right:
      1. Access to the content of their personal data;
      2. data rectification;
      3. deletion of data;
      4. limitation of data processing;
      5. data portability;
      6. object to processing taking place on the basis of the controller's legitimate interests;
      7. withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of that consent before its withdrawal.
    2. The user has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection in a situation where he/she considers that the processing violates his/her rights and freedoms.
    3. Automated decision-making, including profiling, does not occur in data processing.
  6. Final provisions

    1. The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy, while ensuring that the User's rights hereunder are not restricted.
    2. The User will be informed of changes to the Privacy Policy by a message available on the Website.
